How it Works
Step One
Create Project Trust
- Project preview and description all onchain, hashed so any changes are transparent
- Project’s metadata is connected to launchpad platform
- Project creates a Trust where they specify membership, raise, seed, token and team details - fully permissionless
- Project deploys a Trust for seed and raise. Seed and raise are both tokenised events- sTKN and rTKN
- Select projects are ‘featured’ on our platform
Step Two
Raise Liquidity
- Investors, incubators or community are able to provide liquidity for the raise pool of a new project
- Project sets reward in the trust (e.g 5 USDT per 1000 USDT of liquidity funds) providing liquidity
- Liquidity Provider agrees to terms and adds liquidity to the raise pool, receives sTKN for his USDT / token the project requests
- Liquidity Provider's funds are held in trust, and Liquidity Providers know they have zero risk returns at end of trust
- Liquidity Provider token e.g. USDT and receives sTKN during raise, and then redeems sTKN for his USDT reward upon completion
Step Three
Fund Project
- Investors lock PGEN tokens to get access to membership tier and ensure they have token pair e.g. USDT to buy rTKN (Project raise token)
- Members participate in dutch auction + AMM
- Investors buy rTKN with USDT & sell rTKN for USDc
- rTKN is freely tradeable during the raise, allowing price discovery
- The Project’s tokens are frozen during trading
- A dedicated Trust contract mints all rTKN to start the AMM pool without admins - no rug pulls
- Once auction concludes
- Project’s tokens are unfrozen and rTKN trading / transfers are froze¢
- Project receives raised fund
- Liquidity providers receive seed funds back + fee
- Investors holding rTKN redeem (burn) it for their project token allocations
